In 2025, T4R partner K8 has lead the development of the T4R Training Programme that helps cities and regions build the capacity needed to work with LDTs. The programme is based on 72 Micro Learning Units (MLUs), organised across four thematic frameworks - Ethics, Inclusion & Democratisation,  Governance, Technical Design, and Education & Training. MLUs exist in beginner, intermediate, and expert levels, allowing organisations to create learning journeys tailored to their needs.

An AI assistant is being developed by K8 to make it easier to create individual learning journeys. At this moment, the AI assistant is being validated within the T4R consortium. Ongoing feedback from partners will shape next iterations.

In addition, a full Didactic Activity Guide, developed by University of the Arts Utrecht (HKU), will be available. With the guide, organisations can translate MLUs into concrete learning sessions using methods such as canvases, flashcards, staged dialogues and hybrid teaching formats.

T4R partners across Europe are now preparing their own learning journeys. If you are interested in joining training sessions or exploring opportunities in your region, reach out to us through the contact form. We will bring you in touch with a T4R pilot partner in your region. Partners can advise on upcoming sessions and possibilities to participate in local training.
